Shopping with Covid-19 restrictions

 

We are open to customers to shop in store! Because the safety of staff, customers and community is our top priority, we will be following all the guidelines recommended to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

• As per Durham Region Health Department, masks are mandatory inside the building and must cover nose, mouth and chin (see below for additional details)

• Limited number of customers in the store at one time

• Two shoppers per household

• Children must stay close to parent at all times

• Hand sanitizer provided at the entrance

• Cash desk area is sanitized frequently

• 6 ft. social distancing required

• Wider aisles for easier flow and staff on hand to help find what you want quickly 

• We prefer payment by Visa, Mastercard and debit card using the tap option for limited-contact transactions 

• Sorry, no public washrooms

• Medically vulnerable shoppers who cannot come in at all can phone in your requests

Masks
In compliance with the new mandatory wearing of face masks inside commercial buildings in the Durham Region,  you must wear a face mask in our greenhouses. If this is not possible for you, please give us a phone call at 905-623-2300 and we can help you in other ways, like providing curbside service.
