Our return policy
All hard goods such as plant care products, decor items, plant supports, pots, etc. can be returned within 10 business days with the original cash register receipt (not the debit or credit card slip) for a full refund. The product must be in original packaging or unused and in sellable condition. If your purchase does not function, we can either replace the item or issue a refund.
Live plants are not returnable. If you have questions on the care of your plants, please give us a call and we will do our best to help you with your concerns.
